Gene Bingman Wins New John Deere TRactor from Onondaga County Farm Bureau

Gene Bingman one of our key co-chairs for the Hospitality Committee won a brand new John Deere Tractor From the Onondaga County Farm Bureau

Michele Kreimeyer and the Fire at Burgundy Hill Farm


The night of November 27th there was a fire at Michele’s barn. The barn is a total loss and 25 horses perished in the fire. 11 horses they were able to get out and some of them are currently at Cornell receiving treatment. Michele and her mother were not hurt in the fire.

Several of the horses that were lost are club member’s horses including:
Charline Topor’s horse Blue Sky Walker (who had earned an Empire award in Select Hunter Under Saddle this year)
Christina Topor-Burns horse Coosid (who had Empire awards this year in Amateur Working Hunter and Amateur Hunter Hack)
Anna Robson Haule lost her two horses including Ask Asset (who had earned many Empire awards for her)
Frances Righi’s horse Starriva (who had earned many awards for her)
