The Show Card Program was initiated to provide an exhibitor with a highly visible and professional form of promotion at a reasonable rate.

ESQHA
Sign Program:
Have a sign made to advertise your business, send congratulations, or good luck to an exhibitor/horse. The commercial signs are 24" wide x 16" tall. The exhibitor sign is approximate size 12" wide x 16" tall. They can be made in colors that you choose and will be displayed around the show grounds. You can choose which shows the signs will be displayed at or choose all the shows for a discount. The cost for the Commercial sign is $40 per show or $150 for all 5 shows. The Cost of the Exhibitor sign is $40 for all 5 shows.

The design of the exhibitor sign will be the same specifications as the commercial show cards but will be a smaller size (same availability of colors, letters and logoÕs).
Signs will be displayed at each of the 5
shows (commercial show card area).

Sign Locations to Include:
¯ ESQHA and ESQHYA Tent located in front of
the main office.
¯ Hillside and grass area overlooking rings.
¯ Building sides.
¯ Walk, schooling and vendor areas in and
around the coliseum at N.Y.S Fairgrounds (Fall Show).
Exhibitor and commercial signs will be relocated several different times during each show for maximum exposure.

INCENTIVE FUND FOR
YOUTH MEMBERS
¯ If a youth member sells a new full size/full program, commercial show card ($150.00) they will receive an ESQHA gift certificate valued at $25.00. The gift certificate can be redeemed at the horse show office towards their show bill. (Example, sell 3 commercial show cards and receive $75.00 in gift certificates). NOTE: Does not include previous show card advertisers. If any youth member needs additional applications call - Chris Staples at 315-685-3821.

Encouragement/Participation class.
¯ At each show there will be at least 1 class where all entrants (youth or amateur) will receive a show card prize. The value of this prize is great enough to encourage new ESQHA members and larger numbers in these classes.
